H.E. Rx HYPEREMESIS:

FEATURES:
- 24-hour support service with Nursing and Pharmacy staff.
- Clinical response to therapy: Nurses will monitor for hypostatic improvement.
- Education for patient and attending family members.
- Establishment of IV access in the home.
- Hydration, TPN, PPN.
- Medication administration if prescribed (Reglan™ Zofran™ Zantac™)
- Liaison between Physician and patient.
WEEKLY CONFERENCE:
- On site if requested.
- Weekly nurse notes and progress flow charts (V.S., I&O, weight, diet log).
FULL PHARMACY SERVICE:
- Support and reassurance on medication use.
- Pharmacist consultation and liaison between Physician and patient.
We provide a coordinated "team approach" offering support, reassurance and integrated medical
services for all our hyperemesis patients.
