ALBUMIN PROTEIN REPLACEMENT THERAPY:
In home Albumin infusion is available for replacement of low levels of plasma protein due to many disorders including Nephrotic
Syndrome of end stage liver disease resulting in relief or reduction of associated edema, hypoproteinemia, hyperbilirubenimia.
It is given safely in the home preventing hospitalization.
Services include:
- 24-hour support service with Nursing and Pharmacy staff.
- Delivery service
- Clinical assessment and monitoring.
- Liaison between Physician and patient.
- Education and training for patient and caregiver.
We provide a coordinated "team approach" offering support, reassurance and integrated medical services
for our protein replacement patients.
