AIDS / HIV RELATED THERAPIES:
Many therapies used in the support and treatment of HIV patients can be given safely and effectively in the home. Some Aids related
IV therapies provided include Hydration, TPN, Antiviral drugs such as Gancyclovir, Foscavir, Acyclovir and Diflucan. Aerosol treatments
such as Pentamidine are given to assist with lung infections. Colony stimulating factors are given via injection for abnormal blood counts.
We have developed numerous specialized therapy programs in conjunction with physicians and treatment facilities to meet the individual
needs of the patient.
Services include:
- 24-hour support service with Nursing and Pharmacy staff.
- Delivery service
- Provision of equipment.
- Clinical assessment and monitoring.
- Laboratory testing and monitoring.
- Liaison between Physician and patient.
- Education and training for patient and caregiver.
We provide a coordinated "team approach" offering support, reassurance and integrated medical services for the
AIDS / HIV patient.
